There's a dusky shimmer, where the lost souls weep.

Hollow glow from a lantern’s light,
Guiding my steps through the velvet night.

Twisting through the dark, unraveling seams.
Each trembling dawn, like a sigh in the wind,
Fading like the hope that I've long since pinned.
But I hold onto the light that breaks the dark,
In the dusky shimmer, I can find my spark.
The blues might wrap me in a cloak of despair,
Yet I’ll rise with the sun, leave my troubles bare.
So here's to the night, with its aching notes,
To the hollow glow, where the shadow floats.
With smoky shadows whispering low and brave,

As the morning beckons, lifting shades of gray,
I find strength in the dawn, chasing blues away.
